From BIFF Founders Robin and Kathy,
Here we go on another adventure – the BIFF Drive-In! Who doesn’t have great memories of the Drive-In? But this is something we have never done before, so we’ll all be doing it together for the first time. We’ll ask you to have something that’s been in short supply – patience, while we work out the kinks the first few times. And as always, your feedback is appreciated – indeed, it’s how we’ve gotten better and better over these many years.
Our programming team (Robin and Shawna) are already hard at work. We’re going to bring you BIFF favorites from past years, a few classics, and also some new films that haven’t screened in Boulder. And as a non-profit, we’re also hoping our loyal sponsors and donors (and some new ones!) will help us bring you this entertaining and wonderfully nostalgic experience for the next three months. (Click here for sponsor info, or write Chris at firstname.lastname@example.org.)
Special thanks to the City of Boulder and the Boulder Municipal Airport for being so supportive of our effort to bring the community together once again for a common joy – great film. And to our faithful staff and volunteers, who jump right in as they always do. So buckle up (actually, you don’t have to be buckled up at the Drive-In!) and join us on what’s sure to be a fun summer ride!
