Jeremy Started his 20+ year professional cooking career in Northern Florida influenced to join the industry because his father was also a Chef. Jeremy moved to St. Louis for culinary school shortly after starting his professional career where he obtained a degree in Culinary Arts from Le’Cole Culinare.
After completing culinary school Jeremy moved to New York City and worked for such renowned restaurants as Momofuku! After obtaining a love for Asian ingredients and much coveted Michilin star restaurant experience, Jeremy continued progressing through kitchen ranks and running different high end kitchens in New York City.
Jeremy moved to Colorado in 2020 and worked in a country club before joining us at River and Woods as our Chef de Cuisine. Jeremy has worked hard to combine his culinary skill set with our Colorado Comfort Cuisine concept, bringing a unique perspective and flavor profile to our offerings.
