BIFF Staff and Gold Volunteer Roles for BIFF 2027:
BIFF’s success depends on our fun-loving and hardworking volunteers. BIFF Volunteer Staff and Gold Members take on larger festival leadership roles and gain a behind-the-scenes look at planning BIFF. BIFF Volunteer Staff and Gold Volunteers work between at least 25+ hours (Gold) and 50+ hours (Staff) prior to and during the festival and qualify for a wide range of volunteer benefits.

BIFF Merchandise Gold Lead – Help us stock and manage our festival Merchandise kiosks and train volunteers
Open BIFF 2027 Volunteer Staff Roles (50+ Hours)
Staff roles require experience or expertise and a significant time commitment. Please note almost all of our Staff are volunteer/unpaid roles.
Volunteer Co-Manager – Lead, Train and Recruit our BIFF Volunteer Team (click on title for more detailed information) (Stipend included)
Venues Team Co-Lead – Organize, Recruit, Train our BIFF Venues Team, which oversees our theater operations
Moderator Coordinator – Organizes moderator scripts for 50-70 films in weeks prior to and during the festival
