EXECUTIVE CHEF/PARTNER, THE FLAGSTAFF HOUSE

Chef Chris Royster grew up knowing the importance of good food with a mother who had a cake decorating business, an avid hunting and fishing father, and an older brother, Adam, equally inclined to make a name for himself as a chef. In 2011, Chris joined his brother at the Flagstaff House, first as Sous Chef, then when Adam moved back to NY, as Chef de Cuisine. Later, in 2018, Chris Royster became Executive Chef and Partner at the Flagstaff House Restaurant where he makes changes to the menu daily, shaped by the products purveyors bring to his door.
