Chef Linda Hampsten Fox

Linda Hampsten Fox is the owner and executive chef of The Bindery, Ltd. After attending college at the University of Colorado in Boulder and owning her own catering business in Boulder, Linda spent the next 12 years perfecting her craft in Switzerland, Italy, and France. Once she returned to the U.S. she worked with private clients such as Dr. Jane Goodall, actor Michael York, and Nancy Pelosi, helped to create a cooking school in San Jose del Cabo, and has worked to support various local foundations through her culinary expertise.

Linda recently cooked at The Great Chefs of the West for The National Kidney Foundation and will be part of Heritage Fire during the Aspen Food and Wine Festival. Her first cookbook, a collection of recipes from her mother’s kitchen, to the hills of Tuscany, into the hearth of the Bindery’s ovens, will be available at the end of the summer.
