Chef Ochs’ diverse experience spans prominent restaurants such as Olive & Ivy, Tavern on the Water, Tag Restaurant, The Post Brewing Co., and more.
Currently serving as Executive Chef at The Greenbriar Inn, Matthew takes pride in incorporating fresh, garden-to-table ingredients from the property’s own garden to craft seasonal, flavorful dishes.
