From Philadelphia to Bogota, Colombia to Buenos Aires, Argentina to California, this peripatetic chef has taken the long and winding road to get to the kitchen of a little French bistro on Larimer Square in Denver, Colorado. A cooking class for housewives was the starting point in Ari’s culinary career when she found out she was happiest with a knife in her hand. Two months later, she was in culinary school in Buenos Aires. Cooking at Jackdaw in Aurora and The Denver Country Club led Ari to join the Crafted Concepts team as Executive Chef at Bistro Vendôme. It’s the perfect gig for her uncomplicated, comforting, balanced, and flavor-forward style of cooking!
