Performers Without Borders would like to suggest the following actions to help you get involved with the issues discussed in the film No Strings:
- Come see Theatre for Social Change in action! Come to the Performers
Without Borders’ 1st Annual Arts for Activism Night. See plays,
dances, art and music, all working to deliver a message about social
issues. Including a talk with one of the Sudanese Lost Boys. Proceeds
will be divided between Performers Without Borders to fund a trip
to Guatemala in May 2010 and various charitable organizations.

- Help to keeps arts education in schools! Support organizations such as
Keep Arts in Schools and Americans for the Arts. Arts education
should be public education, let’s help to keep it that way!

in acting, music, or visual arts classes. Take them to see children
friendly plays, take them to the Art museum and the Philharmonic.
Take some family time to paint, sing, dance and incorporate art in to
play! By encouraging children to love the arts, we can guarantee that
art will be alive for generations to come!
